How Monthly Meal Plans Work

When you sign up for your monthly meal plan, you'll immediately gain access to this month's meal plans.  On the 25th of each month**, you'll get the next month's meal plans so you can begin your grocery shopping list for the coming week.  You can cancel your subscription to monthly meal plans at any time.

** If you sign up for the Monthly Meal Plans subscription on the 23rd or 24th of any month, you will not be charged again on the 25th for the newest meal plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many recipes are included each month? What kind or recipes are? Are everything main courses or it includes some thing like soups, snacks and deserts?

--On average, each approximately 50 recipes. The recipes are all low-carb, grain-free and sugar-free. Included are breakfast recipes (but Intermittent Fasting is built in for those who would like to fast), lunch recipes, snacks, and desserts.
